eBay由海關(guān)問題引起的中差評可刪除條規(guī)

自2009年2月中旬開始，eBay 對信用評價移除政策做出重要更新，只要跨國賣家在相關(guān)“物品描述”中向海外買家明示購買跨國商品時需要同時承擔的相關(guān)義務，則可手工移除以下兩類中差評。
● 買家因國家海關(guān)要收取各項費用而對交易感到不滿
● 買家因海關(guān)延遲投遞而對交易感到不滿

具體要求賣家需在 “Item description” (物品描述) 中做到以下三點：
● 物品描述中必須擁有以下三段警示文本（紅字文本）：

International Buyers – Please Note:
a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
b) Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

● 警示文本字體大小一定要與物品描述中的大部分字體大小一致，不能變小或者故意顯示不顯眼

● 警示文本必須永久且顯眼的直接顯示在物品描述的上半部分
賣家如果收到中差評且符合以上評價移除條件。請準備好相關(guān)證明材料，通過“聯(lián)系客服”進行申訴。
